Qualification eligibility
Educational Qualifications:-
He must have passed the 12th standard examination froma recognized Board or equivalent.
Type writing Test:-
The candidates shall have to pass, if not already passed, one of the periodical type-writing tests in English or Hindi held by Staff Selection Commission at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute(w.p.m.) in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi on manual typewriter or typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m.in Hindi on computer [35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. corresponding to 10500 Key Depressions Per Hour (KDPH)/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word] or Hindi typing test in accordance with these norms held by the Department of Official Language within a period of one year from the date of appointment, failing which no annual increments shall be allowed to them until they have passed the said test.
