  7. Income Certificate,
  8. Mobile Number
  9. Medical Records (for HIV/Disability), or Orphan Proof. (if applicable)

Eligibility:-

  1. Permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
  2. EWS, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Below Poverty Line (BPL), Divyang, HIV affected, or orphaned children.
  3. Annual family income less than Rs 1 lakh (for certain categories).
  4. Children orphaned due to Covid-19 are also eligible.

Age Limit: (as on 31/03/2025)

  1. Pre-Primary (Nursery):- 3 to 4 years 6 months
  2. Pre-Primary (KG-1):- 4 to 5 years 6 months
  3. Pre-Primary (KG-2):-5 to 6 years 6 months
  4. First (Class 1):- 6 to 7 years 6 months
